Alberto Minoru Miyasaka joins Hubbard do Brasil as General Manager / Administrator

FRANCE - Hubbard S.A.S. is very pleased to announce that Alberto Minoru Miyasaka has joined the Hubbard team in December 2008. Minoru has been appointed as General Manager of Hubbard do Brazil, a full subsidiary of Hubbard S.A.S. and Groupe Grimaud with its head offices in France.

In this role Minoru will take care of the general management of Hubbard do Brazil based in Luiziania - Goias, Brazil. And in addition he will be the administrator of the new company Global Breeders Avicola, also based in Luiziania - Goias, Brazil.

Alberto Minoru Miyasaka has extensive experience in the poultry business. He has worked for more than 15 years with an important poultry integration in Brazil (Sertanejo Alimentos S.A.), where he was in charge of production and administration of the breeder farms, hatchery, integration and feed mill. Minoru is well known and appreciated in the Brazilian poultry industry. With his in-depth knowledge of the national industry he will also focus on the further development of Hubbard's presence in Brazil through an increasing market share of the Hubbard Flex PS female and the Hubbard M99 PS male.

Dr. Paulo Pires, who has been instrumental in Hubbard's recent come back in Brazil and the development of the new infrastructure including the company owned farms and hatchery for the Great Grand Parent and Grand Parent production sites, will now fully concentrate his activities as Business Director on the sales & marketing and on the management of the commercial and technical team of Hubbard do Brazil.

Hubbard is determined to become a preferred supplier of breeding stock to a significant part of the Brazilian market. The Hubbard Flex broiler field results demonstrate to be very good with lower a feed conversion and higher liveability than the currently available breeds.
