Brazil – Hubbard® do Brasil announces the hiring of Vinícius Gonsales Schramm as the new Technical Services Manager for Brazil and the Southern Cone.
With nine years of experience in the poultry industry, Vinícius joins Hubbard following a successful career as a corporate nutritionist at JBS-Seara, where he was responsible for feed formulation for ten production facilities across different regions of Brazil.
Vinícius holds a degree in Animal Science from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), where he also earned a Master’s degree and a PhD. He further pursued his studies at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, USA. Throughout his professional career, he has gained extensive experience in managerial and leadership positions within the agribusiness sector.
With a strong combination of academic expertise and hands-on industry experience, Vinícius has developed extensive knowledge of animal nutrition, with a particular focus on poultry and swine. In his new role at Hubbard, he will lead the company’s specialized technical team in Brazil across the areas of breeder management, hatchery, broiler production, health, and nutrition. He will also provide technical support in nutrition to Hubbard teams across Latin America.

Vinícius took up his new position on October 1 and will report directly to Carlos Antonio Costa, Hubbard’s Business Director for Brazil.
